Begins with breath of fire to burn up the anxiety, fear and frustrations that may be showing up for you. Let them feed the fire! Transition to lying down for three rounds of deep breathing with breath holds leading you into deep relaxation in savasana. Sit up with a clear mind. Become conscious of what you are grateful for and visualize what you want to create!
